Great things are happening as the Peer Recovery movement grows throughout our country. More people with lived experience of mental health challenges are living healthier lives, rich with the details of life that provide gratification and happiness. More and more effective programs are being developed that offer people with lived experience the tools that can help them live intentional, productive lives.
PeerFest 2024 will be an educational and celebratory event for Texans who have faced mental health challenges and are on a journey to recovery. While PeerFest is partially funded by the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health, we are seeking additional funding from sponsors and allies to ensure that Texans from across the state are able to attend PeerFest 2024.
All donations and sponsorships will support scholarships for registration, hotel costs, and transportation assistance, as well as event venue costs, meals, supplies, speakers’ fees and more.
