Michelle Mata
Michelle attended the first PeerFest, and to her, “it was an amazing experience…an experience I have never had before at any conference”. After attending, Michelle wanted to be part of the next Planning Committee and wanted to help organize the event to be part of the lives of peers attending PeerFest.
Michelle was invited to join the PeerFest 2020 Planning Committee—the event was canceled due to the pandemic. She has served on the 2024 Planning Committee and is co-lead of the Marketing Subcommittee, looking forward to is seeing peers come together to work on their wellness, learn something new, make new friends, connections, and most of all seeing peers having a fun and exciting time at PeerFest.
