Jack Brown
Jack Brown co-leads the Marketing Subcommittee for PeerFest 2024. He is an Army Veteran with eleven years of experience as a Peer Support Specialist. Jack founded Peer 2 Peer Whole Wellness, a peer-run non-profit organization whose mission is to aid and equip veterans and their families, peers, and peer providers with the much-needed tools to navigate community resources that will assist them with long-term recovery. Jack is a certified Mental Health Peer Specialist, Recovery Support Peer Specialist, and newly Certified Reentry Peer Specialist, as well as a WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) facilitator. Jack has an Associates of Science degree in Mental Health/Human Services and an Associates of Science degree in Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counseling. Jack has a special place in his heart for fellow veterans currently living without housing. He has a passion to help people overcome challenges and reach their full potential. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
